Industry Involvement
UMC's Strategic plan includes the implimentation of Program Improvement Audit Committees (PIAC) to aid in the implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of each program.

The membership of the SRM PIAC is comprised of people with diverse backgrounds and interests, including representatives from business, industrial, educational, and other professional organizations, as well as from the University faculty and students.

Internship Component
Internships are supervised on-the-job training experiences. These experiences give the students the exposure to the relevant competencies necessary in order to progress into top management positions.
